MEET THE TEAM
MVP Construction, LLC was founded in 2008 by owner Will McConnell. Will graduated from Virginia Tech with a Bachelor of Science in Finance, and immediately began working in the construction industry for a national homebuilding firm. He has been involved with over 100 new construction and remodeling projects including custom homes, multi-family developments and large commercial buildings.
With a background in branding, social media and public relations, Lauren McConnell joined MVP Construction in 2011 as Operations and Marketing Manager. Prior to joining her husband at MVP, she was the Marketing Communications Manager for a local non-profit. Lauren has a Bachelor of Science in Marketing Management from Virginia Tech, where she and Will met.
