This 1950’s brick ranch home was expanded to keep up with the evolving Sedgefield neighborhood in Charlotte. We bulked up the foundation to support a 2^nd story addition including a loft, playroom, 3 bedrooms, and 2 full baths.  The original bedrooms were reworked to create a private master retreat featuring his/her closets and a spa-like custom bathroom.  The 2-story foyer and open floor plan really made this home stand out from the rest of the neighborhood.
